The Cabo Whale Season
Every winter, humpback whales travel thousands of miles to the warm waters of Cabo San Lucas to give birth and nurse their calves. From mid-December to mid-April you can hear them sing, watch mothers and calves side by side, and see full breaches just off Land’s End. Each tour passes Lovers Beach, the Arch, and the Sea Lion Colony before our captain and naturalist head to wherever the whales are most active that day — out into the Pacific or into the Sea of Cortez.
