Why Book with Nautilus Whale Watching?
Our whale watching tours are professional, respectful, cautious, and humane in the treatment of our visiting whales.
In accordance with SEMARNAT (Mexican environmental law), we maintain the distance, speed, and observation time required to protect the health of these gentle giants.
Whale Watching with a Cause
15% for the Ocean
Each time you book with us, 15% of all income goes to local wildlife monitoring programs and coral health reports organized by Sinergia Azul, in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur (UABCS).
These programs track the health of Baja’s reefs and marine wildlife, giving scientists and local communities the data they need to protect the ocean we all share.
We Are a Leave-No-Trace Company
We never touch, feed, or chase marine life — including turtles, sea lions, and whales. Guests who try to touch wildlife will be returned to the boat.
We ask every guest to use reef-safe sunscreen and to take home everything they bring aboard.
On Cabo’s Waters Since 1998
Nautilus began as a family-run dive center in Cabo San Lucas in 1998 and grew into one of the area’s most trusted ocean operators.
Our captains and naturalists live here, work here, and care deeply about protecting the waters that make Cabo so special.
